One system.
Many applications.
Maximum flexibility.
Use your APV seeding technology flexibly on different machines. With APV carrier systems, seeders can be easily combined with various soil tillage implements and changed depending on the operational requirements. This allows you to use your existing technology more versatilely, save time during retrofitting and get more out of your machines.
One seeder. Different machines. Maximum flexibility.
Would you like to use your Pneumatic Seeder (PS) flexibly without mounting it permanently on a single soil tillage implement?
With APV carrier systems, you create an independent basis for your seeder. This allows you to combine different implements and applications and use your APV seeder wherever you currently need it.
Whether in front or rear mounting, with its own seed bar or between the tractor and a towed soil tillage implement: Front Frame, Seed Frame and MT2 implement carrier open up new possibilities for flexible machine use.

Three solutions - one goal
Front Frame

Relocate the seeder flexibly to the front
The Front Frame accommodates the Pneumatic Seeder on the tractor's front linkage. This means the PS is carried independently of the implement and weight is specifically shifted to the front area.
Seed Frame
The independent seeding unit in the rear
The Seed Frame combines the support frame, Pneumatic Seeder and seed bar into an independent seeding unit on the tractor. It is currently intended as the SF 9.0 and SF 12.0.
Advantages
One seeder for different implements
With APV carrier systems, the Pneumatic Seeder receives its own basis.
Depending on the system, this is located:
This means that the seeder and soil tillage implement do not necessarily have to form a permanently connected unit.
Cultivator today. Disc harrow tomorrow.
Stay flexible when choosing your soil tillage machine. APV carrier systems have been specially designed for quick use with any type of soil tillage. No long re-mounting, no welding, no wasting time. Simply hitch the carrier system in the front, in the rear or between the tractor and soil tillage machine and get started.
Instead of needing a separate Pneumatic Seeder on every machine or constantly rebuilding the seeder, APV carrier systems enable versatile use.

Ideal for machinery rings
Invest together. Work individually.
Not every farm in a machinery ring works with the same soil tillage implements (cultivator, disc harrow, different working widths...).
With a flexibly used carrier system, the Pneumatic Seeder does not necessarily have to be part of a single soil tillage implement.
This allows, for example, every farm to work with its preferred implement and still use the same seeding technology for cover crops, greening or other suitable seeding applications.

Front Frame
The Pneumatic Seeder flexibly in front mounting
The Front Frame is a support frame for Pneumatic Seeders and is mounted on the tractor's front linkage. All APV Pneumatic Seeders up to 800 litres can be configured on the Front Frame. The Front Frame is available in several configurations including a seed bar and a front weight that can be mounted without tools --> see variants
This gives the seeder its own place on the tractor and does not have to be mounted directly on the implement.
An additional advantage lies in the weight shift: front mounting shifts weight to the front. According to APV, this supports driving stability and traction and can contribute to a more favourable weight distribution.

Variant 1:
Front Frame + seed bar
The carrier system becomes a complete seeding unit
The Front Frame can additionally be equipped with a 6 m seed bar. This creates a complete unit from the Front Frame, Pneumatic Seeder and seed bar and a complete system for seed application in front mounting for your sowing, reseeding and full-surface seed application.
It functions as an additional weight and can optionally be equipped with an additional weight of 600 kg. As seen in the video, this weight can be mounted and dismounted in a few minutes without tools.
Through the optimal combination with rear implements, the Front Frame can be used
both for independent seeding technology with PS and for the cost-effective retrofitting of existing PS units.
The following seeders can be combined in this variant:

Variant 2:
Front Frame without seed bar
The Front Frame can be used as a pure carrier device or support frame for Pneumatic Seeders. With lateral piping on the tractor to the rear machine, seeders up to 800 litres can be mounted.
The following seeders can be combined in this variant:
Seed Frame
Seeder and seed bar as an independent unit
The Seed Frame is available with 9 metre and 12 metre seed bar variants.
Here, a stable support frame for the Pneumatic Seeder and a seed bar with dispersion plates are combined into an independent unit for rear mounting.
The frame accommodates the Pneumatic Seeder, stabilises the seed bar and holds the application elements at the intended working height. The seeds are distributed over the working width via the dispersion plates.
This means: The position of the application elements is not dependent on the soil tillage implement used.
According to the operating manual, the spread pattern width can be adjusted via the distance to the ground. Additionally, the uniformity of the spread pattern can be optimised by adjusting the seed bar segments.
The APV Seed Frame is particularly interesting for:

Implement carrier MT2
Maximum flexibility with towed implements
The MT2 implement carrier is the right solution when a Pneumatic Seeder is to be combined with different towed soil tillage implements.
The Pneumatic Seeder sits on the implement carrier and not directly on the implement.
According to APV, only the hose system and dispersion plates need to be mounted on the respective soil tillage implement. This allows implements to be separated within a short time and also used without a seeder.
This brings 3 essential advantages:

More InformationFAQ
What is a carrier system for a Pneumatic Seeder?
An APV carrier system accommodates a Pneumatic Seeder independently or largely independently of the actual soil tillage implement. Depending on the system, the PS is used in front mounting, as an independent rear unit or between the tractor and towed implement.
Why should the Pneumatic Seeder not be mounted directly on the cultivator?
Direct mounting is a very good solution for many operations. A separate carrier system becomes particularly interesting if the seeder is to be used with different implements, there is little installation space on the machine or weight should not rest directly on the implement.
What is the difference between Front Frame, Seed Frame and MT2 implement carrier?
The Front Frame carries the Pneumatic Seeder on the front linkage. The Seed Frame is an independent rear unit with a seed bar. The MT2 implement carrier is located between the tractor and towed implement and specifically enables the flexible use of a PS with different suitable soil tillage implements.
Who is the MT2 implement carrier suitable for?
The MT2 implement carrier is particularly suitable for farms and machinery rings that want to combine a Pneumatic Seeder with different towed implements. This means the seeder does not have to be mounted directly on every single soil tillage implement.
Which implements can be combined with the MT2 implement carrier?
Combine your APV MT2 implement carrier with your cultivator, disc harrows, rollers, strip-till shares and many other soil tillage implements. The specific compatibility must be checked for the respective implement.
Which Pneumatic Seeders fit on the MT2 implement carrier?
The MT2 implement carrier is intended for Pneumatic Seeders with hopper sizes from 120 to 1,600 litres. Corresponding models of the corrosion-protected Fertilizer Edition, TWIN models and SMART TWIN models can also be combined.
What is the APV Front Frame?
The Front Frame is a support frame for Pneumatic Seeders on the tractor's front linkage. This allows the seeder to be positioned independently of the rear implement. An optional version with a 6 m seed bar is available.
What advantages does the Front Frame offer for weight distribution?
Front mounting shifts the weight of the Pneumatic Seeder to the front. This offers you advantages in terms of weight distribution, driving stability and traction.
What is the APV Seed Frame?
The Seed Frame is a support frame for a Pneumatic Seeder with an integrated seed bar and dispersion plates for full-surface seed application from 9 metres to 12 metres working width. The system is intended for rear mounting.
Which APV carrier system fits my operation?
This depends in particular on your Pneumatic Seeder, the existing implements, the required working width, the available installation space and the desired position on the tractor. For changing towed soil tillage implements, the MT2 implement carrier is particularly interesting; Front Frame and Seed Frame follow other application concepts.
The problem
A Pneumatic Seeder is often mounted directly on a cultivator, a disc harrow or another implement.
This works excellently – as long as exactly this combination is used.
However, if you want to use the same seeder with different implements, a conversion may be necessary. Especially with several soil tillage implements, changing applications or shared technology, a permanently mounted solution reduces flexibility.
Die Lösung
With APV carrier systems, the Pneumatic Seeder receives its own basis.
Depending on the system, this is located:
in front of the tractor → Front Frame
behind the tractor → Seed Frame
between the tractor and towed implement → MT2 implement carrier
This means that the seeder and soil tillage implement do not necessarily have to form a permanently connected unit. With the MT2, according to APV, only the hose system and dispersion plates remain on the respective implement. This can therefore be quickly separated and also driven solo.
